All the good bits of Model 01, but with a layout in a class of its own.
This 'flat roof' style garden room offers a layout with a difference. Like all our garden rooms, it comes with free installation, our 10 year warranty and can be delivered in less than a month. However, Model 02 pushes the boundaries further, creating unforgettable inside and outside space with an extra .5m in depth as standard. Like all our rooms though, we can create any size you like.

These rooms have all the best bits of Model 01 & Model 02: fully insulated, integrated electrics & double glazing. The addition of a gorgeous overhang creates the perfect sheltered outdoor terrace, to provide the ultimate outside:inside garden room. As with all our models, we can tailor any of them to your exact requirements, just ask! This model looks particularly beautiful in cedar!

In as little as 2 - 4 weeks from order, our courteous installation team can be in your garden installing your brand new garden room. Each garden building is custom made and pre-built in our UK workshop, therefore most installations are completed in just one day. This ensures minimal disruption and that your garden doesn't become a workshop - we'll be sweeping up before the sun goes down!
